Cindy Cousineau

    Cindi has been a devoted member of Unity for nearly 40 years, bringing a depth of experience and heartfelt commitment to everything she does. Before joining the Great Lakes Region, she served for many years as Administrator at Unity of Appleton, where she worked alongside four ministers and wore many hats — administration, bookkeeping, and music ministry through her gift of song.

    She joined the Unity Great Lakes Region staff in 2013 as Regional Administrator, a role she held with care and steadiness for over a decade. In 2026, she transitioned into the role of Regional Bookkeeper, focusing her considerable expertise where it is needed most. For any financial questions, Cindi is your person.

    Beyond her professional contributions, Cindi is beloved in the Unity community for her creative gifts — particularly her handcrafted ministerial stoles, Unity cloth projects, and a published collection of prayers that has touched many hearts.

Mary Lindsay

    Mary Lindsay brings decades of experience in church administration and nonprofit management to her role with Unity Great Lakes Region. Her background spans multiple spiritual communities — including Unity, Centers for Spiritual Living, and Unitarian Universalist congregations — giving her a broad understanding of what it takes for ministries to thrive.

    In her role with UGLR, Mary oversees communications, digital infrastructure, and administrative systems for the region. She is your point of contact for website questions, regional announcements, general inquiries, and operational support. Mary also serves as Director of Events at CSL Headquarters and runs her own consulting practice, Soulful Consulting.

    Mary joined UGLR in February 2026 and works from the Central time zone.

Cassidy Meeks

    Cassidy Meeks is the current YFM Coordinator for Unity's Great Lakes Region. She has a background in Learning and Development and worked at General Mills for over a decade before coming on as the full time YFM Director at Unity Minneapolis in 2019, a role she served in for 5 1/2 years. Cassidy knows first hand the value of Youth and Family Ministry (YFM), as she has been active in Unity nearly her whole life, beginning with the Unity Truth Center in Butte Montana as a child, and as an adult YFM volunteer at Unity Minneapolis for many years before becoming the YFM Director. 

    Cassidy's expertise and passion for facilitating novel ways to transfer knowledge and skills drives positive behavior change and spiritual development, organizational capacity, and empowered communities. By enthusiastically partnering and collaborating with others through creativity, humor and empathy, she identifies gaps and creates strategies to close them. Cassidy connects people with people, and people with information. She is also skilled in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Convergent Facilitation. 

    Cassidy enjoys supporting and partnering with YFM folks across the region to evolve their YFM programs for today's youth and families, as well as working with the Great Lakes Y.O.U. Officers (Regies) to plan and implement multiple youth retreats each year where Uniteens and Y.O.U. grow their spiritual skills, cultivate meaningful friendships and are celebrated for their uniqueness. She's also a new mom!

Rev. Diane Robinson

    Rev. Diane Robinson was first introduced to Unity teachings at Unity of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, FL in 1986. She resonated with the message so much that she took every class she could to learn more. In 2003, she received a special dispensation to be the spiritual leader of what is now Unity of Jupiter. She was ordained in 2013 on her 10th anniversary of leading that ministry.

    She moved back to her native state, Indiana, in 2020 and joined Unity of Anderson as their senior minister. She took on the additional responsibilities of Regional Representative and Outreach Ambassador for the Great Lakes Region September 1, 2024.
